For example, if you lift for your upper body one day, you should not train it on the following day. But if you want to lift for your upper body one day and then the lower body the next day, that’s fine. If you feel that you can complete the same quality of abdomen exercises on a daily basis, slowly increasing the intensity and the repetitions, you can feel confident in doing exercises each day.

Pilates, some forms of yoga, and calisthenics can all stress the muscles in the same way as weight training due to using body weight as leverage. When in doubt, take a rest in between these workouts.
